The enhanced Family Development Session (eFDS) Training Manuals include modules that serves as guide for local CSOs implementing the i-Pantawid Project in their areas.It includes use of training kits, in conducting the eFDS for Parent Leaders, who will in turn cascade the topics to their beneficiary groups. It introduces the practice of social accountability and active citizenship to underpin the conduct of DSWD’s monthly Family Development Session.
The manual’s features include the following:
- Training of Parent Leaders as community Facilitator of Change
- Focus on the practice of applied social accountability, such as conduct of community scorecard, interface meeting and use of other SAc tools
- Generation of social contracts between LGUs and beneficiaries
- Integration of eFDS and M&E
